1.The frame hinges are perfectly matched with tapered roller bearing thanks to its innovative structure design, resulting in an increased contact area which leads to the high reliability of the hinge even under severe working conditions.

2.The wheel loader adopts ZF4WG200 gearbox and torque converter transmission system. The gearbox with electric-hydraulic control executes fixed axis power shift transmission and can achieve forced deceleration, providing easy operation and high work efficiency.

3.The load sensing hydrostatic steering system with small-displacement steering gear and low pressure control makes the steering easy and precise while greatly lowering labor intensity. The adjustable steering wheel enables the driving easier and more comfortable.

4.The wheel loader features Hangzhou Advance ZL50 planetary gearbox and dual-turbine torque converter, both of which can be easily found in all markets. The gearbox has 2 forward gears and 1 reverse gear, and the speed at first gear is 30% faster than that of other gears on the market, that’s why our wheel loader works particularly well in loading and transporting loose materials.

5.CHANGLIN's independently developed drive axle is a large-modulus transmission component with ability to work under overload conditions for long time yet not shortening its service life. The performance of the drive axle has been approved by severe working conditions in Tianjin Port, Guangzhou Port and Guangxi Fangcheng Port, and the reliability of which is particularly appreciated by our customers worldwide. The front and rear drive axle housings and wheel hub reducer are designed with a split structure, which assists users in the reduction of maintenance costs.

6.The hydraulic oil tank with vacuum device makes it convenient to repair and maintain the hydraulic system, and ensures the hydraulic oil in the system will never be mixed with other chemical substances, prolonging the service life of hydraulic system. The hydraulic oil tank is placed at the rear of the cab, enabling a more space for accessing the transmission system so that the daily maintenance of the transmission system can be easily performed.
